2pp

The object of the investment project is the development of two-photon polymerisation (2pp) for the fabrication of responsive, nano- and microstructured hybrid materials at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena.

The methodology is to find its way into five overlapping fields of work, which are represented by the five applicants: Fabrication of biophotonic sensors, functionalisation of glass surfaces for active displays, optical metasurfaces, microstructured optical fibres, and novel hybrid nanocomposites for 2pp.

The project is funded by the Free State of Thuringia within the framework of the guideline for the promotion of research (project number 2020 FGI 0015).
